The apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of the lovely seaside of Combe Martin. It is only 400 metres from the beach and close to all the local amenities. It is an ideal base from which to visit the many places of outstanding natural beauty and historic interest to be found in this beautiful part of the West Country. Within a short distance you will find the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe which was rated as one of the Worlds ‘Top Ten Beaches’. Close by is Croyde Bay popular with sufers.Saunton Sands is in the same area and offers another excellent sandy beach. The apartment has been designed to provide all you are likely to need to give you a perfect and relaxing holiday. No expense has been spared by the owners in providing the ultimate in luxurious self – catering accommodation. The four bedroom air-conditioned apartment sleeps nine easily plus two cots are also available and is ideal for two families The bedrooms have either king size or single beds, with one having an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The large main bathroom has a double shower and large corner jaquzzi bath. The kitchen/dinner has a fridge/freezer,electric oven gas hob,microwave , washer/dryer and dishwasher.
