Exmoor Bed and Breakfast accommodation
Riverside cottage is actually on the riverside in Lynmouth, it has six front rooms with sea and harbour views as well as private balconies with chairs enabling you to sit and enjoy the sound of the river Lyn and soak up the great views.
We also have a family room that sleeps 4 + cot and an economy double both of which overlook the main shopping street. We have a licensed cafe, a resident’s lounge and we are happy to offer evening meals on request. Our front rooms are £65 per night for a medium and £75 for a large, two of our large rooms have a bath with integral shower. One of the large rooms is configured as a twin. A £5 discount is made for all nights if you stay 3 nights or more. All 8 rooms are ensuite. Our family room is £65 per night and the economy double is £55. The price is per room based on two people sharing, a single occupancy surcharge is made equal to 50% of the nightly rate + £10. Our day and evening menus are straight forward cafe food, no nonsense meals local produce wherever possible. From beans on toast to a Devon Steak.
