Situated 300 yards from the centre of Upton in the Exmoor National Park, a house and a single-storey cottage converted from handsome barns to the main farmhouse. Formal central courtyard, use of hot tub (available `1 May to 1 October) decking area, and badminton court and 12 acres of sheep-grazed meadow to walk over down to a stream (suitable for paddling) and wonderfully private picnic area. Our fantastic location is within walking distance of Wimbleball Lake which has fabulous opportunities for fishing, partaking in watersports, cycling and exploring the very scenic lake walks. We are also well positioned to allow you to easily explore not just Exmoor and North Devon coast but the wider stunning areas of the Quantock and the Blackdown Hills to the East.
